These General Terms of Use (GTU) define the rules governing access to and use of the services provided by Navette. By accessing the platform or using its features, the User acknowledges having read and accepted them without reservation.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (“ToS”) define the conditions for accessing and using the Navette website (the “Website”) and the rules applicable to users (the “User”).

2. Website publisher

The Website is published by Navette (“Navette”). Legal information (company details, address, registration, contact) is available on the Legal Notice page.

3. Access to the Website

  • Access to the Website is free of charge (excluding connection costs).
  • Some features may require an account (e.g., customer area on app.navette.com).
  • Navette may suspend access for maintenance, security or updates, without compensation.

4. Services

The Website presents Navette services (premium chauffeur, transfers, hourly disposal, business offers) and may provide estimation or pre-booking tools. Booking and ride execution may be carried out via a dedicated application area.

5. Account creation and information

  • The User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • The User is responsible for keeping credentials confidential.
  • Any activity performed from an account is presumed to be performed by its holder unless proven otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Website for illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to compromise the security, integrity or availability of the Website.
  • Do not scrape or automatically collect data without written authorization.

7. Intellectual property

The Website, its content (texts, trademarks, logos, visuals, branding) and technical elements are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.
