1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale define the conditions applicable to booking and delivering services offered by Navette, including A→B transfers and hourly disposals, as well as related options.
2. Scope
- These Terms apply to any booking made through Navette (website, application area, or authorized channels).
- In case of conflict, specific terms (e.g., a business contract) may prevail.
- The Client confirms they have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
3. Services
- Transfer: chauffeur-driven transport between a pickup and a drop-off location (optional stop(s) depending on the offer).
- Hourly disposal: time-based service with a dedicated driver and vehicle, under the booked conditions.
- Meet & greet: meet-and-greet with name sign (airport/station) is included when offered in the booking flow.
4. Booking process
- A booking is confirmed after information validation and, where applicable, payment or payment authorization.
- The Client must provide accurate information (address, timing, flight/train number, passengers, options).
- Navette may refuse or cancel a booking in case of operational impossibility, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms.
5. Pricing
- Prices are shown in euros (including or excluding taxes depending on display and billing profile).
- The price shown at booking time is the reference price for the booked service.
- Additional charges may apply in case of changes, waiting time beyond included allowance, detours, added options, or special requirements.
6. Included waiting time (airports and stations)
Navette includes a waiting-time allowance to ensure a smooth arrival experience. Beyond that allowance, waiting fees may apply according to the applicable rate.
- Airports: 60 minutes of included waiting time from arrival time (or confirmed meeting time).
- Train stations: 30 minutes of included waiting time from arrival time (or confirmed meeting time).
- The driver will attempt to contact the Client in case of delay or absence at the meeting point.
7. Payment
- Payment is made through the methods offered at booking time (subject to availability).
- If payment fails, the booking may be suspended, refused or cancelled.
- For business accounts, specific billing terms may apply (monthly invoicing, purchase order reference, etc.).
8. Changes
- Any change to a booking (route, timing, passengers, options) may result in a price adjustment.
- Last-minute changes may not be possible depending on operational constraints.
- Navette may request revalidation of the quote/price before delivery.
9. Cancellation
Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the type of service and operational preparation. Any applicable cancellation fees are communicated to the Client at cancellation time or according to the rules shown during booking.
- Client cancellation: fees may apply if the driver is already assigned or en route.
- Navette cancellation: Navette informs the Client as soon as reasonably possible; a refund may apply where appropriate.
- Force majeure: neither party shall be held liable (see dedicated section).
10. Refunds and cancellation fees
Refunds and cancellation fees are directly linked to the operational organization required to perform Navette services. The Customer is invited to make any reservation in a firm, serious, and considered manner.
By confirming a booking, the Customer acknowledges that a chauffeur service requires advance resource allocation, including planning, driver assignment, and service organization. Any late cancellation may disrupt operations and result in a loss of opportunity for Navette and the assigned driver.
10.1 Cancellation fees
- Cancellation more than 72 hours before pickup time: 100% refund.
- Cancellation between 48 and 72 hours before pickup time: 25% of the total booking amount is retained.
- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before pickup time: 50% of the total booking amount is retained.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before pickup time: no refund; 100% of the booking amount remains due.
10.2 Driver assignment
Once a driver has been assigned to the booking, any cancellation by the Customer results in 100% of the booking amount being due, regardless of the remaining time before pickup.
This rule reflects the actual mobilization of the driver, the reserved time slot, and the resulting loss of business opportunity. The Customer expressly accepts this condition at the time of booking.
10.3 Payment terms
- If the booking was paid online, applicable cancellation fees are retained or charged accordingly.
- If the booking was to be paid in cash, cancellation fees constitute a debt owed by the Customer.
- Navette may charge the associated payment method, process a manual charge, or apply the amount to a future booking.
10.4 Refund method
Any refund due is issued exclusively as credit to the Customer’s Navette wallet.
This credit can be used for future bookings. Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, no refund will be made to the original payment method.
10.5 Navette commitment
Navette undertakes to perform confirmed services with diligence and professionalism. However, Navette reserves the right to cancel or not perform a service in cases of force majeure, unavoidable external events, serious operational constraints, or exceptional lack of available drivers.
10.6 Abuse prevention
These rules aim to prevent abusive bookings, repeated cancellations, or any behavior disrupting service operations. Navette reserves the right to refuse future bookings, suspend accounts, or require additional guarantees in case of abuse or suspected fraud.
10. No-show
- A no-show occurs when the Client is absent at the meeting point, does not respond to contact attempts, and the included waiting time has elapsed.
- In that case, the service may be partially or fully charged depending on the service, time mobilized and the displayed policy.
- Navette may retain evidence (timestamps, communications, location) for support purposes.
12. Client obligations
- Respect the driver, the vehicle, and safety rules (seatbelts required).
- Do not transport illegal items or substances.
- Inform Navette in advance of special needs (large luggage, child seat, pet) through the relevant options.
13. Child seats
Navette may offer suitable equipment (booster seat, baby seat) subject to availability and booked options. The Client remains responsible for ensuring suitability and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
14. Liability
- Navette uses reasonable efforts to deliver the services properly.
- Navette is not liable where issues arise from incorrect information provided by the Client (address, flight/train, etc.).
- Navette cannot be held liable for delays caused by external events (traffic, accidents, checks, weather conditions, etc.).
15. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to force majeure as defined under French law and case law.
16. Support and complaints
For any question, incident or complaint, the Client may contact Navette support via the channels indicated on the Website. Navette will aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution before any legal action. Consumer Clients keep their mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection rules.
